Chef Saikat Ray Mehrotra works with EHV International as Executive Chef at WOK AROUND ASIA New Delhi and . He joined the Old World Hospitality Group in 1999 and is a seasoned culinary professional with over two decades of experience.
He has been Executive Chef of Indian Accent from day it opened at The Manor in 2009 and has created innumerable award winning menus in the last 15 years.
Chef S K RAY passion for cooking brought him to WOK AROUND ASIA, New Delhi, where he spent a year working and honing his skills. Rising through the ranks, he was Senior Sous Chef at Indian Accent, New Delhi before elevated to the position of Head Chef at Indian Accent, Mumbai. As Head Chef, he leads a team of over 20 chefs and has created several award wining menus since the opening.
